Why Is It?

I'm not an impatient person, but what are the odds? No matter where we park - close to the entrance of the post office, mall or stadium - or way out by the perimeter, the very moment we want to get back into our car, there's someone parked next to us either waiting angrily, or holding us back. Murphy's Law??
